How to interact with the result layouts

In Diggle, result layouts offer more than just a visual summary of participant responses.

By interacting with the results, you can gain deeper insights into your data, such as identifying who answered what or viewing additional text-based responses.

My participants are seeing the wrong slide

If your participants are seeing the wrong slide, follow these steps to check the issue:
Check your navigation mode
Ensure that your Diggle is set to the correct navigation mode (Presenter Pace or Audience Pace). If it’s set to Audience Pace, participants may navigate slides independently. Switch to Presenter Pace to control the slides.

How do I recover a deleted Diggle or session?

You can restore a deleted Diggle from the Bin within 30 days of deletion. Unfortunately, deleted sessions, including their results, are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. However, you can download any results before deleting a session permanently to keep them for later.

The leaderboard isn’t calculating scores correctly

If the leaderboard isn’t calculating scores correctly, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Check Points Settings
Ensure that the point allocation settings for each quiz question are correctly configured in the Builder.
Verify whether “Must not miss any” or “The more the better” settings are applied, as these affect how points are calculated.

Presentation screen is not displayed

The Presentation screen is a separate display showing your presentation to the audience in the Backstage view.
It opens in a new window in your browser and can be dragged to the screen or projector you use to present.

How do I use Diggle for remote learning and surveys?

Join codes are time-sensitive and expire after a certain period.

Personal Workspace: The default duration for a join code is two days after one or more persons have joined your Diggle. If no one joins, it does not expire.

Company Workspace: The default duration is 14 days after a session has been created, regardless of whether participants have joined.

You can reactive the session codes for any Diggle.
