The Register Participant Information (RPI) feature allows you to collect detailed information about participants upon joining a Diggle session. This information can include email, names, roles, and other custom fields relevant to your session. Detailed participant information is invaluable when analyzing results, creating reports, and distributing results to different groups, allowing for more targeted insights and actions.
You can easily download a QR code to share your Diggle session with participants. Simply click Download in the Invite tab in the Share menu.
By following these steps, you can ensure a safer and more controlled environment for your Diggle sessions.
Select the Diggle session you want to invite to, or create a new Diggle. In “My Diggles”, click the Share button in the “More” menu to the right. In the Builder, click the Share button in the top right corner.
The default duration of a session code is set to two days for security reasons.
If you want to extend the duration, click the “Edit expiration time and code” button next to the link.
In the temporary code field, you can enter any value as long as it is more than four characters. You can adjust the expiration settings by choosing the number of days, weeks, or months you want your Diggle link to remain active. Alternatively, you can set the link to be permanent.
Important: Be cautious when setting a link to permanent. A permanent link can potentially be discovered and accessed by unauthorized users, leading to unwanted responses

When presenting a Diggle, there is a QR code that automatically is displayed on your presentation screen. Participants can scan the code with their mobile devices to join the session. If you wish to bring the QR code up again, press “Q” on your keyboard.
The two primary use cases for inviting participants are live onboarding and remote participation.
