If your participants are seeing the wrong slide, follow these steps to check the issue:
Check your navigation mode
Ensure that your Diggle is set to the correct navigation mode (Presenter Pace or Audience Pace). If it’s set to Audience Pace, participants may navigate slides independently. Switch to Presenter Pace to control the slides.
Consider merged slides
If you’re using the “Merged Slides” feature, participants might be on different parts of the merged content, which can be confusing.
Ensure you understand how merged slides work. Participants will navigate them at their own pace until they move to a non-merged slide.
Sync with participants
If you’re in Presenter Pace, try clicking on the slide you want everyone to see. This should synchronize the view across all participants’ devices.
Refresh participants’ devices
Ask participants to refresh their browser or app if they still see the wrong slide. This can resolve any temporary display issues.
Ensure no lag in connectivity
Check your internet connection to ensure there is no lag affecting the real-time synchronization of slides.
Rejoin the Session: If the issue persists, ask participants to leave the session and rejoin using the session code or QR code to refresh their connection.
