If the leaderboard isn’t calculating scores correctly, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Check Points Settings
Ensure that the point allocation settings for each quiz question are correctly configured in the Builder.
Verify whether “Must not miss any” or “The more the better” settings are applied, as these affect how points are calculated.
Check General Quiz Settings
The settings that affect the calculation of results are Speed bonus and Max points. Make sure they are set up as you intended.
Confirm Quiz Navigation Mode:
Make sure that the quiz is set to the appropriate navigation mode. If it’s in Audience Pace, participants may be moving through the questions at their own pace, which can sometimes lead to unexpected results in the leaderboard.
Verify whether you’re using the Total or Limited leaderboard calculation method. The “Limited” setting only includes the most recent set of quiz questions in the leaderboard, not the entire session.
You can choose between Total and Limited in the Builder when creating the quiz or in the Menu during live presentations.
