When presenting results, you can easily toggle between showing results as numbers or percentages.
During your presentation, navigate to the slide displaying the results (e.g., bar chart or doughnut chart).
Click on any number to toggle the view between numbers and percentages.
You can change the the default setting when creating the question in the Builder
