If your QR code isn’t displaying, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Use the shortcut
Press “Q” on your keyboard to manually display the QR code.
Click on the login details in the presenter’s top bar.
Click it to reveal the QR code.
If the top bar with login details is hidden, click “H” on keyboard to reveal it.
Exit and Re-enter the session
If you have exited the session to edit content in the builder, the QR code will not display when you re-enter.
Try exiting to the dashboard (My Diggles) and then re-enter the session. This should trigger the QR code to display again.
You exit by clicking ESC twice, or using the menu.
Check Your Session Status
Ensure that you have started a new session or re-entered an active session. The QR code automatically appears at the start of a new session.
