Categorized Response is a text-based question type in which participants provide open-text answers organized into specific categories. This helps structure discussions or feedback around different aspects of a topic.

For example, you can create categories like Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats for a SWOT analysis. It’s also great for brainstorming feedback on project phases such as Planning, Execution, and Review, or gathering customer feedback by organizing responses under different product features. This way, participants’ input is focused and organized for easier analysis.
