Sharing your Diggle report is a powerful way to distribute tailored insights and data to specific audiences. You can filter and customize the report to fit the needs of your recipients, such as local leaders reviewing their team’s results. The best part? Your recipients don’t need a Diggle account. They receive a live web report that’s easy to read and present to others, ensuring they see exactly what you intend to share.

How to share

Click the Report button to navigate to the session report you want to share.

Customize the report

Apply the necessary filters (read more here) to tailor the report to your needs.

Share the Report

When sharing your Diggle report, you have two options: generating a link manually or sending it directly from Diggle via email.

First, click Share.

To generate a link, click “Generate link”

You need to name the link. Naming helps you track which customized reports you’ve sent to various recipients.

Then, copy the link and distribute it via your preferred channel (email, Slack, Teams, etc.).

Alternatively, click the “Email” tab, enter the recipients’ email addresses, and click “Send link.”

The recipients will receive an email with a direct link to the report, customized just as you’ve set it up.

Each time you generate a link or send an email, the specific filters you’ve applied are saved with that link. This allows you to share different customized reports with different recipients, ensuring they see only the relevant data you’ve selected.
