Enterprise Access and Licensing

Effective Enterprise workspace access replaces personal paid entitlement.

When Enterprise access starts

A qualifying admin, creator or runner membership in an active workspace with applicable company access grants Enterprise access. Local blocking and SCIM source deactivation prevent qualification. A pending invitation alone does not grant Enterprise access or cancel an otherwise valid personal paid plan.

When qualifying access is granted, an active personal paid subscription is reconciled and cancelled, and the personal paid entitlement is replaced by Enterprise. Active Enterprise and active personal paid billing do not coexist in the supported state. Previously pending personal purchase flows do not establish overlapping paid access.

When workspace access ends

  • If another qualifying Enterprise workspace remains, Enterprise access continues. When an ordinary user loses their final qualifying Enterprise workspace, their account becomes Free.
  • Previously cancelled personal paid or Pro access is not automatically restored. The global Diggle account, external login identities and personal content remain. SSO sign-in does not change the plan or restore workspace membership.

Failed enrollment

If required personal billing reconciliation fails, the workspace access change does not complete. A failed operation can occur after personal billing cancellation has already succeeded; retry the original supported operation or contact Diggle if the account state remains unclear. Do not assume a failed request restored a cancelled plan.

Integration disablement

Disabling Workspace API or SCIM alone does not remove existing users or change Enterprise licensing. Explicit access removal is a separate operation.
