Open the Settings menu by clicking the round icon in the top righ corner of the homepage/My Diggles page and select Account.
When deleting your account, all associated data, including Diggle sessions, participant responses, and any personalized settings, will be permanently erased.
This action is irreversible, meaning you cannot recover any deleted data or account information.
Additionally, if you have a company workspace, deleting the account may affect other users connected to that workspace. Session results will be kept and made available to the company workspace admin.
We highly recommend that you download any essential data, such as results and reports, and ensure you understand the full impact before deleting it.
